Where does oxygen come from in the fish house when the water pump is absent or turned off? He enters the aquarium through the surface layer of water in direct contact with air. And the greater the surface contact of water with air, the greater the concentration of oxygen in the air, the better the aquarium water is saturated with it. This means that if you want to increase the effectiveness of oxygenation of water, you need to think about more frequent airing of the room where the aquarium is located. The second option is good ventilation of this room and the widest possible aquarium with its minimum height.
